Bolton Cancer Voices will be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning on Saturday 9th September, in the Victoria Hall, Bolton; 10am – 12 noon.

The Choir, whose members are all cancer patients and cancer survivors, wanted to show their appreciation to Macmillan Cancer Support for their invaluable financial input, which facilitated the development of the Bolton Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service.

The Victoria Hall are kindly supporting the event and generously providing the venue free of charge.

The Choir, along with their guests, Paul Thornton – guitarist and TuttiFlutti – a flute ensemble, will be providing entertainment throughout the morning.

Entry to the event is free: organizers just want as many people as possible to attend and help them say ‘thank you’ to Macmillan for helping realize the facilities Bolton enjoys today. It is hoped to make it one of the biggest Coffee Mornings taking place in the area.

Staff from the Information & Support Service, which operates from Giles House, Chorley New Road; Bolton One, Moor Lane and the Royal Bolton Hospital, will have a stand on the day and be available for anyone wishing to access cancer related information.

So make it a date and enjoy a carefree morning complete with scrummy cakes and live entertainment.
